This theory and practical session will highlight important recommendations and contraindications for clients with early stage osteoporosis. Activities will include light free weights, ‘chairobics’, and low impact activities designed to improve posture, balance, muscular strength and endurance. Move to Improve FMS: Exercise Prescription for Fibromyalgia Syndrome
