improve their quality of life. My intent is to assist you in
achieving realistic results in a safe and timely way. I
specialize in reactivation of sedentary individuals,
pre-surgical conditioning, post-rehabilitation from injury or
surgery, and conditioning for people with arthritis,
osteoporosis, or fibromyalgia. I also have extensive
expertise in pre and postnatal exercise.
My years of experience in exercise design and delivery are
valuable assets to people requiring an extra degree of
personal attention. Individualized programming from a
qualified personal trainer ensures that your fitness dollars
and time are well-spent.
