Mentor & Assessor Workshop
This workshop is designed to train course conductors, trainers, mentors and assessors in any discipline of fitness. Observation, coaching and communication skills will be emphasized and practiced. There is no pool or land fitness component to this workshop, but there will be active learning tasks involving movement. Training is open to all candidates who are now, or will be filling that role in the future. Facilitators from all programs are welcome.
