SAS is a remarkable, simple way for people to achieve fascial release and restored range of motion.
Based on the unique principles of AquaStretch™, SAS can be used in group aqua fitness, group fitness, yoga and flexibility programs on land or in the water.
SAS is an excellent addition to the toolbelt of any personal trainer, kinesiologist, or therapist.
This workshop will offer SAS strategies for fascial release and improved movement of the lower extremities, upper extremities, trunk and neck.

Using Your Noodle!

Pool noodles are an inexpensive, versatile pool tool. They can be used to resist, support or assist movement.
This session will explore recommended uses of pool noodles for group aqua fitness and aqua personal training workouts. From muscle conditioning to cardio, to stretch, we will explore great uses for noodles – as well as what we don’t recommend, and why.
