Pool noodles are an inexpensive, versatile pool tool. They can be used to resist, support or assist movement.
This session will explore recommended uses of pool noodles for group aqua fitness and aqua personal training workouts.From muscle conditioning to cardio, to stretch, we will explore great uses for noodles – as well as what we don’t recommend, and why.
