AquaStretch™ Facilitators are trained to assist individuals to restore comfortable movement. 

It is recommended that course participants have experience working one-on-one with clients / patients. Training is tailored to the background of the course participants:  Health & Wellness Professionals; Licensed Health Care Professionals.

​AquaStretch™ is a manual therapy - an assisted myo-fascial release technique that can be used by a variety of health professionals including:

• Kinesiologists or Kinesiotherapists
• Personal Trainers, Fitness & Yoga Instructors 
• Chiropractors, Osteopathic practitioners
• Physical, Occupational, Athletic & Recreational Therapists and their assistants
• Massage Therapists 
• Lay public can be trained in AquaStretch™ for use within their family
• AquaStretch™ is a series of grips and holds performed by a trained Facilitator, using a prescribed approach: play • freeze • pressure • move.
