Core Exercises in Deep Water:
Deep water (or suspended) vertical aquatic exercise provides great challenges and opportunities for core training. AQX leaders are taught to emphasize the posterior chain of muscles, that is: the muscles on the back of the body, both limbs and core. This video provides some great examples to get you started!
