AQX Mentors & Assessors

AQX Subscribers can offer in-house aqua fitness leadership training and certification:

• This means, they will have qualified AQX Mentors and Assessors onsite to develop their aqua fitness leadership team.
• How does this happen? AQX trained and certified instructors with strong leadership skills receive another day of training in order to mentor and assess AQX grads at their facility.
• Mentor & Assessor training involves understanding AQX leadership competencies, feedback and coaching skills, and assessment practice.
  

AQX Trainers

AQX Subscribers can offer in-house leadership training with onsite AQX Trainers:

• In-house AQX Trainers should have sound knowledge of AQX online course and manual content.
• AQX Trainers should be currently teaching aqua fitness, and have outstanding deck presence and leadership skills.
• Candidates will complete the on-line AQX Training for Trainers course, and apprentice-train with a Master Trainer.
• To maintain Trainer status, AQX Trainers require annual practical re-assessment by an AQX Master Trainer.
